The location a couple of blocks away from Owls about Town Zoo was marvelous. Everything was clean. It had Wi-Fi and a pool. The room was immaculate and airy. Shower facilities and a bathtub were available.

Good value, nothing too much trouble. An excellent place for sightseeing in Selsey. Large bedroom, own bathroom. A hairdryer and fresh towels available. Lovely pool for hot days. Local area close to a bus stop.

The stay was lovely and we would return there. Spencer made everything for all of us. Appreciated the easy check-in too. All was clean here, airy and immaculate rooms. Everything was simply perfect. Its location was magnificent and brilliant, within walking distance of Medmerry Nature Reserve.
